Today I felt grumpy, unmotivated and tired. I spent a few hours in the studio and couldn’t get my craving for a burger out of my head.
Days like today I won’t answer my phone, I’ll keep my sunglasses on inside, eat junk food and finish the day with a scotch.
Owning my bad mood and behavior makes me laugh at myself.
We need the shit days to truly appreciate the spectacular ones.
Writing this makes me kinda LOVE my shitty day?!?
