I’ve hesitated to share personal stuff on social media because of the fear of judgement.

However, I want to be more forthcoming. I want to share more of my beautiful life, the good and the bad.

My anxiety and depression this year has taken a huge toll on my health. Instead of continuing to hide behind my smile, “pretending to be okay”. I’m going to be honest.

I’ve learnt recently through my journey launching Pop Up Kindness, that 1 in 2 people will suffer from a mental health issue in their lifetime.

Sharing my experiences might help you and me to navigate through this crazy beautiful life.

I promise to bring positive messages into the world even when sharing my darkest moments. I’ll be really mindful of expressing lovely, enlightening and inspiring messages.

I want to change the way we talk about mental health. I don’t know how or where to start so here I am, taking the first step…..

Admitting this to you is hard, and I will continue to be brave if I know it’s making a positive impact.
